Smartphone coversSmartphone cover dies: these special steel cutting dies obtained from the mechanical engraving of a steel block find uses in different contexts. This is when great cutting accuracy is required to create complex details, as this type of steel die performs flawlessly. This product is made of Böhler steel with an aluminium base that allows for greater manageability during use. The dies are equipped with a rubber ejectors or mechanical extractors to render the ejection phase quick and easy.

The shape holds the cut material inside the die until maximum capacity is reached making it extremely easy to use. Once the maximum level is reached, the extra pieces come out of the top of the die. The material is drop-forged to achieve the consistency necessary to ensure excellent cutting quality even when using multiple sheets. This makes the forged steel die an exceptional work tool designed and developed with the aim of optimizing the performance of every production department, by making it fast and efficient.
